THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE RESERVATION IS THROUGH EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND 20% DEPOSIT!
This is due to drop-outs, no-shows and incomplete lists given over the phone. We no longer guarantee your order unless you have confirmed all items via email. To ensure rentals weeks or months in advance, a 20% deposit of full order is required.

We also offer a 5:7 discount by week for orders over $100 placed at least two weeks in advance.

Discounts do not apply to order supplements made during the rental period.

Lost or damaged items are your responsibility, billed under a separate invoice.
You are responsible for losses, damages and unreturned items. Some additional fees may apply. Contract signature required.
